For me the interesting thing about the 4 Corners programs was that a QC whom Porter as Chief Prosecutor was her boss in WA, spoke out publicly on 4 Corners on Porter's character.
As a eminent legal person, one would imagine Mr Porter would have publicly challenged her claims to at least set the record straight and even sued her for defamation if neccessary
As of yet, Mr Porter has not done either, IMO.
Perhaps the ABC settlement put (is putting) all that to bed ?
Does anyone know if the ABC indemnifies those who appear on 4 Corners against defamation claims by others?
