Obviously there's material there which Porter deems malicous, frivolous or vexatious. So why should it be made public and unfairly blacken the blokes name when its not legally actionable. Of course the media will argue its in the public interest, they always do. BTW, 9 is a lefty outlet. As is news.com.au.
