I guess we‘ll see how this go. I am on the sidelines for now.
I was interested originally, thinking they would be matching the S&P 500. If they did, while maintaining strong inflows, it would be a strong investment and indicates they have solid growth potential.
Traditionally since my transition to growth investing, returns have been 30%+. Value investing at this level does not work anymore, even the great Seth Klarman had suffered in the past decade. Past data indicates 85% of fund managers underperform the S&P over a long period.
I will see how this goes. Ill keep this on a watchlist and check back in the future.
