The genesis of the discussion occurred on the CBA thread and related specifically to the subject of financial advice/wealth management:
Which is why I didn't include FID, because while FID does have financial advice component, it is overwhelmingly a platform administration and fund-of-funds management business.
But have no fear, I am still a most contented shareholder in FID; it's my 10th biggest holding:
