mulga bill, what is PW &C that you mentioned a $3 valuation? btw some of the 30 million shares traded were a doubling up. eg I bought 2.5 million and have now sold 2.2 million. Even the liquidator sold a few million too many by mistake I believe (staggering but what hasn't been staggering in this whole saga?) and had to buy them back on Friday afternoon. Not certain about that but the correct figure for Opes was just under 15 million shares supposedly with, it would appear, 10 million of those belonging to FAS. Portman appear to have paid $1.31 average for 4 million shares on Friday so they certainly didn't chase it up in price, but if the liquidator did oversell by mistake that would explain the ramp up in price late Friday.
