FAS or should I say JD associated directors have control, FULL control as it is.
Bringing PMM in with 3 votes does confer some measure of control but it is better than the current situation.
Best case is of course a truly independent board but that is not going to happen while FAS control over 20%.
We can only do what will maximise value for the ordinary shareholders.
