I dare say it's a possibility, but I doubt they will for now. They aren't on the FAS substantial holders list, I would imagine if that were their plan, they'd buy up at least a 15% stake in FAS first.

I believe their target to be GWR, FAS is just a thorn in their side at present, keeping them from obtaining Wiluna west as a future stockpile at a heavily discounted price.

Although no one likes dilution in their stock, I believe that the only way forward for GWR to protect it from hostile takeovers is liquidity. The more shares, the more diverity in shareholders, the harder it becomes for a predator to move in. It may reduce our overall profit margin in the short term. In the long term it at least ensures us that there will be a GWR from which to make a profit.
