Why would Portman bother going to court when they acknowledge their proxies will not change the outcome? Possibilities-pride, destabilize, buy time? Im going for buy time-perhaps to find any other legal challenge they can make regarding the EGM, but perhaps to stop the resolutions being implemented for as long as possible.How long could they drag it out? Is their any chance of PMM getting control of GWR before the resolutions can be implemented?
