IMO, it wouldn't make commercial sense for Portman to be dribble selling today - not a possibility, especially whislt court proceedings are current.
If Portman was to sell they would find a corporate player such as Hunan Valin and others who paid a market premium at $1.85.
I believe Portman and their wharehousing friends were buying, if Portman bought shares directly then I assume they will have to make an ASX release by the end of the week. If it was their wharehousing friends then we will find out a later date when the share price is in the range of $1.85 to $2.00 - deja vu.
As for tomorrow, the EGM vote will be officially declared after either:
1. Portman withdraw their court proceedings in the
2. Court room embarrassment and costs awarded against Portman.
With the vote that was released to the market, I can not fathom why Portman did not lodge their proxy on the Wednesday with others - this would of been in line with their shareholder letter. Any Ideas??? Hidden Agendas???
Buy Buy Buy GWR, if other long term shareholders are happy to pay $1.85 then I'm in at $1.50.
Keep up the negativity.
