Yes Belguim also has a bank that is now teetering on the Brink of disaster I read in a couple of articles a few weeks ago. Its not that these people are clueless its that they are deceptive and do not want the real level of bank distress to become public knowledge. This would cause a bank run with people wanting to get their money out.
I suspect as in the Cyprus bank collapse all the Board Members and the Politicians have long since shifted any money or equity in the bank into accounts in Germany or Swiss banks.
I have read that unsecured creditors are being offered Bank Debt Bonds in place of money in these banks.
Who the hell would want a Bank Debt Bond in a failing bank??
Time to switch more money into Gold an Silver Im thinking.
