Pelamis falling over in Portugal really isnt great news for wave power investors (there seem to be so many tried but failed wave devices. Will ceto change that?) Still, from what I could tell on their web site, Pelamis are still going in other parts of the world and they're a scottish company; from your other thread "Wave power ROCs will count as 5" so might not be dead in the water yet.
