    no, i read this as purchase the tech outright from the callejas/maddingly & ass. esi have royalties arrangement in place at present and this should not change unless they buy tech-ie not just royalty but the tech is owned by esi.. they would probably pay a smaller amout of royalty back to callejas, if the callejas agree to this
