Lets hope it's debt financing. Raising at current levels would double the registry to a billion shares. Its ok to be positive but one also must be realistic. AF may be able to provide 50 million himself but he hasn't fronted up and announced that in any way, shape or form which means it has to come from somewhere else at this stage. I would personally be surprised if he took that risk. He would be better to use his 50 million if he had it available to acquire other projects/tenements in the vicinity rather than be a cashcow at the highest risk end for everyone elses benefit. Pretty sure he will let someone else take that risk. It's a good deal compared to having to start from scratch, which has stopped it from even having a real chance in the past, but still has major issues that need solving.. As someone else mentioned its a white elephant until these boxes are ticked and the quarterlies reflect a positive commercial outcome, and the way forward will be determined by how dilutive this process is.
