Still over 452,000 tonnes of Ni metal in storage and Indonesia starting up a substantial numbers of Ni smelters in 2016 processing their own ore. I for one cannot see a Ni price back over $7 for a long time. POS cut off forecast for underground mining their low grade ore was around US $9 lb
