Low values attributed to no production , Market will not take notice till all the barriers are being overcome FID completed mining works ready work force secured , plant refubished. What we have at the moment is a liability not a profitable operation , Most people up here can see this will not be operating for at least 18 months or more, so you value on what something is earning not what it may earn one day in the future.
