Large cash pile taken by equity dilution worth 4 years of current expenses on the understanding of production restarts & offtake finalising in months.

PH promised new SP highs at the last AGM & a walk up restart with offtake finalised in months.
SP was 7.5c
now 9.6c but should be 14c
nowhere near any highs nor any walkup restart nor any offtake contracts.

If the SP aint at 12-15c at the AGM there will be a xxxxx squad waiting for him.

Good questions to consider right now -
Why did you take $30M cash now that you knew was unneeded for another 18 months?
Why is DH DH on the BOD still? Why did you not demand his resignation?
Why was BMM selling around announcements & not in escrow at this time.
Why did you allow BMM AF to sell down & why did they do it if they believe in you?
Why is PAN outperforming you by miles with offtake deals & production starting December 2021 despite you both having the same timeframe starting point but you have way way more mines and mills?
Why have you stalled the production restarts and keep delaying not meeting your own timelines?
Why did you push DSO knowing that the old 2003 Norilsk plan was the GO all along?
What were the unforseen circumstances causing the delay with the GS JORC for 1 month?
Why have you not issued a DFS, BFS and offtake contracts already.

How do you fill the mill without a working mill & by ignoring existing JORC ore feed?
