From memory Gladstone Nickel was involved with RAB Capital at the same time it was in POS and i remember them talking about possible synergys and mergers with T after he gained control of POS.
By the way, the way you explained T's arrival at POS is not a correct reflection, as it was Team Dawes that ran to him over a weekend and begged for protection from a takeover/merger that was impending and they would have been thrown out.
With-in 2 weeks he was in control.
The share price ran 2 days prior to the announcement and the rest they say is history.
