It helps future income because we were looking to do a JV for SDV but now we get to keep 100% of all 3 projects and 100% of the profits generated by them.
No dilution, no bank loans, no debt, no partners = maximum $$ for GXY.

And with cash on hand we can also can get it built sooner.

GXY management seem to struggle with PR, struggle mostly because I don't think it even exists.
