Hi Tobyjack, yes POSCO obviously not required to under ASX rules, but surely as part of a normal business relationship they would be providing updates to the company. Or are you saying the first the company may know if there are any difficulties is right at the last minute and they get told "sorry but we had difficulties". Doesnt seem as though this would give the company much time to come up with other alternatives, especially with the impact such an announcement would make.
