This is in fact great news. Posco is planing to build a steel mill in india for $12 bn and paying approx $3.7 bn for land devolepment only. just think what this can achieve for them in Cameroon.

I personally think we are entering a new phase of developments.

The Reuters report indicates the potential of 10 billion tonnes of iron ore and that for me a big clue of where the counter bid will come from once the conventions and mining permit are signed.
