Article in today’s West contains article on PLS and interviwith KB. (Sorry no link as not in the hopeless online site).
Of interest are his comments on the POSCO JV where the following points are made:
PLS will have completed its feasibility and due diligence on this opportunity by the end of March
the PLS board would decide in May on the execution of a JV terms which would then go to the POSCO board
KB said that POSCO had demonstrated its technology would enable it to produce an “industry leading” lithium hydroxide product and that the Korean market is a very important part of the PLS growth profile.
He also revealed that both parties had been in funding talks which could involve the Korea Development Bank.
This company is playing the long game and this JV would be the absolute icing on the cake.
