The off take mentioned is singular but then multiple western group end users are referenced. Simply a typo with a missing 's' on "offtake"? Or a singular off take that involves a collaboration between two or more end users?

As a more general comment, part of the MOU with POSCO stipulates that the construction contract was advanced to run in parallel to financing. Given POSCO are actively assisting Magnis right now with pit design and other consultation services, you'd have to imagine they're pretty confident of securing funding for the project considering they're essentially working on credit terms. Bring on Q2!

Hi Bailey, I see the word "off-take" being used in the production sense as opposed to off take agreement sense, therefor our remaining production off take we plan to sign with Western groups. So maybe multiple off take agreements to take up our remaining production off take.
