POSCO and PLS deal is imminent to me. A few news media in South Korea start talking about a new business body created by Posco and PLS. The new business name is POSCO Lithium Solution. Below is a quote from a news article. It dated on 06.08.2021
"POSCO Lithium Solution takes responsibility for next-generation lithiumPOSCO Lithium Solution was launched in April with an 80% stake in POSCO and a 20% stake in Pilbara Minerals, an Australian raw material supplier.
POSCO Lithium Solutions included 'Solution' in its mission statement, reflecting its will to solve the problem of battery material supply rather than simply taking charge of supplying lithium raw materials."
PLS announced today about appointing a new non-executive director who has a chemical engineering background. I am guessing it may inline with the new business body? Your thoughts?
