I think the longer time passes by the less likely it is to proceed with us. Esp if Koreans are already putting the shovels into the ground.
But I believe if it is isn't done on our terms then why sign up to a imbalanced deal. Just means it will give an opportunity for another converter to do a more equal JV with.
