If management play it smartly, it won't be as many as three times number of shares. All they need now is the about $400-500mil to fund balaraba expansion and secure wicet2a/b allocation. Development of surat basin can be funded from balaraba expansion cash-flow from 2014. So if sk deal went through, cok hardly need any more cr.
