Good to see...A vote of confidence by Posco, as they invest another $20 million in Murchison buying up 10 million more shares...Wonder who sold??....Probably Harbinger..If so I should expect another change of interest notice soon....But if Posco happy to buy at $1.99 gotta be good news....Also a whisper tells me that judgement day may potentially still be some way off, The Judge reserved his decision and the estimated time for that decision was 3 to 6 months but apparently that was only a guideline it could easily take longer, or it could happen next week...No one has any indication as yet...What a crazy judicial system we have... Littigants go to court.. 4 weeks of trial All evidence submitted All counter claims submitted Go back to court 3 months later for closing submissions All done.. Why does a judge need 6 months to make a decision??? What changes 6 months after he has heard all the evidence...Crazy.....Never mind ..maybe he is waiting for all the heat to die down so that when he delivers the VERY bad news for chm holders thay will already philosophically be ready for it...
