The constortium consists of:
-South Korean venture consists partly of privately owned GS Caltex(the second largest Korean oil refiner)
-Lg International Corp
And last but not least...

The government owned Korea Resources Corp (Kores).

Given the connections, I would be completely surprised if Posco didn't talk with Galaxy immediately .. especially looking at the nature of the Lithium Brine and how closely it resembles FMC's world class deposit.
