The Poseidon Nickel Agreement Amendment (Termination) Bill 2021 was introduced to WA Parliament during the week just ended (Wed 15 Sept)!
This bill was introduced and read for a first and second time (procedural terms) by Roger Cook, our Health Minister, wearing his Minister for State Development, Jobs and Trade hat (link).
It's the beginning of the end of that particular legislative shackle.
