Does the appointment of Mr. Zirsen to the board of SMA have any relevance to AHZ or is it entirely a personal matter for Mr. Zirsen? personal"
The above is a response from the CEO to a question raised for the AGM. Ms Costello was present at the AGM as CFO. The whole thing was done without any fanfare or announcements and I think that there has since been a post from one of our regulars indicating that Mr. Zirsen resigned for personal reasons.
