What if it is as simple as Opes using the word YOURS in all its voting requests to clients
Clients Respond by email
We all have become lazy and dont rewrite an email we just onforward
ANZ get 100 perhaps thousands of such onforwarded emails and dont do what they should by law , which is write to all the clients or cause Opes to correct the Mistatement
Simply because under an AMSLA your shares are not YOURS
Yours under any test says you are the beneficial owner
posible case closed
