It is interesting that there is no market response with an article like that. I was surprised to see POS mentioned when I first read it.
IMO I think they will need both Cawse and the Ravensthorpe plant to pull it off not just the plant alone.
At this point POS don't have either and the whole thing could still fall through.
Time will tell but looks like things are starting to warm up a bit for a change.
Just remember Twiggy only thinks "BIG".
