johnnybulldust.....do your research more thoroughly than you have......the ASIC article is from 2006....Chris Daws had all charges dismissed and he was cleared on appeal....ASIC only tell you when they think they have a scalp, but don't update when someone is exhonerated.
That aside, I was by Mr Daws side when the Poseidon dream unfolded via Niagara and am sure he has some ambitious plans to re-ignite this company.
