Birdseye I think you could be speculating correctly. Could be Nasdaq? or could be an update on material developments? HC members this is just my personal feel for the position and nothing to back it up other than what has already been announced by the company and my reading of the media coverage and the improvement in the market depth. So caution needed. Have been trying to find anything on the SEC consideration of Nasdaq but cant find a clear pathway to establish the progress of the application.
