I think PRR management should hold off on a NASDAQ listing until the global market volatility eases, and investors gain enough confidence back to put their money into risky ventures.
Interesting day today. If it closes at 15c it will be the lowest close since December 2010. I have a feeling it will hold up considering there are not many holders left who bought under that price.
