Ok, further to yesterdays posts and follow up with ABM today ....

It turns out that the CFO is heading the application process and is in the best position to comment as per timing.

I mentioned the discrepancy between Darren's earlier announcement re. ML timing estimated around end of trial mining versus what I was told yesterday.....

Paraphrasing: "If everything were to fall into place then we are hoping for September/October."

Please note that the CFO emphasised that there would have to be no stumbling blocks to meet this date and that is why she is referring back to end of calendar year.

Additionally, CFO mentions possible areas of concern are change of government. Meaning that when a new government is elected the various department heads are often reshuffled. If that were to happen then it may lead to delays.

Obviously all this is out of their hands so they are simply working through the process and hoping for a speedy result.
