At the end of the day it is all speculation without facts directly associated with NRU or Posit, ie market announcements. You presented an article that showed problems with the coalition gov in Kyrgyzstan and from that speculated that this would result in no decision until after the election on Oct 30th. This is talking from your book as you put it, it is hardly fact.

This was your first post on HC which made me sceptical to what your motives were by posting such a scenario so I saw it as down ramping the stock. No decision until well into November is a serious negative even though you smoothed it over with a few positives.

IMO today was a positive with some buying but it was also about the increase in the buying depth and the lack of selling into it.
