    If BHP were to take a position on market it would not help the Co. with cash so it would seem an issue of say 120m shares - at what price. It would dilute the price for us so it would have to be at a good premium. What might that be, I wonder. Any of the brains (EARNIE yo are an accountant) got any thoughts on this?
