    Hi Were,
    you are suggesting then that they may pay 14.5c/share which would bring the Co. 17,400,000 and raise the # of shares to about 750,000,000.
    What is that going to do to the sp going to do ? How does a market react to the increase in the # of shares n these crcumstances? Any ideas anyone?
