    Question for you;

    Why would BHP only want a controlling interest?

    If I saw a technology I liked and needed I would buy it and then pour a substantial amount of money into getting the technologies fine tuned and finalised for production. The sooner the better.

    By not buying the whole kit and kaboodle they cannot poor additional money in.
