BHP cannot take over APG as here are too many large shareholders who will hold out and stop he as there is so much more to come. The very fact that BHP take a large stake is enough fo them to hold ot for more and the younger ones will wait for the dividends to flow. So I believe a substantial holding at this point in tme is theway they will go.
