This old real estate mantra seems to scream BCI after FMG's chief operations officer announcement that the MOU's will become binding agreements. Having access to this infrastructure only 15 klms. from BCI. immediately brings the BCI deposits into commercial reality with a dig and ship capability in place. It reminds me of the proximity of TTY iron to the Darwin to Alice springs rail line, also 15 klms. away. This announcement should rerate BCI even on their current resource base.
