I agree with your sentiments, re management inept and until there is a change just more tax losses. My view is that this latest raising is going to accelerate change. Not only will Frost have a 30-35% holding (and upwards of $20m hard earned in RCU) but the likes if Intelligent Investor and other instos have no time for Saunders. I expect change on a number of fronts, including management, and this will all help close the 40c - $1.00 NTA discount. it are these opps. that i look for. Wish you well.
