With the parallel thread regarding the suspected departure of the COO, (Woolley), one can only surmise that TFL's idea of transparency will be to announce (confirm) it to the market only with that of his replacement.
Whether a replacement comes from within or without would also be noted with interest. Signs of growing maturity of TFL would imo be indicated by the latter.
