I think MIN too believes they have made a cheap skate offer, retire early. Why else would they have been so concerned and defensive about a counter offer to have inserted those restrictive and anti-competitive terms and conditions that are part of tbe Deed in Clause 10 (1 to 7). I’ve just read them again and can’t help but feel that their demands are both ruthless or desperate, or both. ... Normally when one makes a low ball offer for property, the offer is made attractive to the seller by making an fair, unconditional offer .. not one aimed at precluding all other offers. ... So, in my view, its not a good look for MIN (cheap skate), nor for our BOD (lacking fiduciary care) .. No owner likes to be insulted by an offer, or ignored by their representative.
