Good Oil, Firsova etc its good that you are questioning the rights etc to NMP SPL, I've got my thoughts on it and have posted info on that and other topics here, as have others.
It'd be REALLY great (just a suggestion here) if you got in touch with MHM re your concerns and then reported back with some great info. Roll up the sleeves, get on the blower and take some positive action.
