Anderbond, I agree with the many points you make in your post wholeheartedly.

Most important going forward is that the executive management team are completely focused and incentivised to get the work done now. There is no question that they will continue to finalise the few hurdles ahead before the real fun starts. One thing I guess we can count on with these guys is their stability, that they are not going away in a hurry and obviously do get on well with the local community, to RED's ultimate benefit.

And also Anderbond, you make a very good point, that the salaries have moderated in the past year so that we have no justifiable means to bitch on that front, unlike some other high flyers out there at the moment!
