Fwiw I was there yesterday and whilst I share many of HC posters' concerns I was satisfied with the responses.

Newman and Beukes seem sincere in their desire to be more transparent. The issue seems to be that they're reluctant to provide guidance until they have more confidence.

Given the previous guidance of $30-50m was revised to $28-32m I'm inclined to agree, that throwing overly optimistic guidance out there is not helpful.

No doubt if they were to make up numbers which turn out to be wrong again they'd be panned like there's no tomorrow.

Will be glad to see a new Chairman though. I've attended my fair share of AGMs and whilst I agree some of the questions were frankly quite dumb it costs nothing to be polite. Norgard behaved like he owns the entire company and was unnecessarily rude to shareholders asking tough questions.
