They certainly are !
So does that indicate that they are being very thorough with checking through the data they are getting.
Or does it indicate that the information is difficult to get ?
Is the flow (presuming they are getting a flow?)inconsistent or are they testing different levels within that lower section ?

I presume we will get some information this week on what it contains and what effect that will have on their possible plans for a development based on CRD.
