Ive been reading to about the RIO dealings in mongolia also, makes very interesting reading.

I know an engineer at RIO (iron ore) and she was saying theres some huge changes taking place internally. Maybe about time.

They seem to think they are above the law regarding mongolia, thats what i get in reading some reports.

Its all about respect especially when mining in other emerging countries.
