Construction of phase one of the Singapore plant has been completed.

"Natural Fuel Limited (ASX: NFL) is pleased to announce that the first processing train at its 100%-owned biodiesel facility on Jurong Island in Singapore is now mechanically complete and ready to begin commissioning, with production of
biodiesel and refined glycerine expected to begin in the first week of January 2008.

NFL's Singapore facility is comprised of three processing units - or trains – each consisting
of a 200,000 metric tonnes per annum (mta) biodiesel processing unit and an independent 20,000 mta glycerine refining unit. The Jurong Island facility is one of few biodiesel plants with independent glycerine refining capabilities.

NFL will begin commissioning Train 1 within days, followed by initial production and rampup of biodiesel and pharmaceutical grade glycerine in late December and early January. Commissioning will continue over the Christmas period and Trains 2 and 3 remain on schedule for completion in March and April 2008 respectively."
